TOTAL: 63 cards + 7 plots

If you are focusing on winning MIL challenges, and you want to go with Direwolves - you need to make some changes.

Kennel Master is one guy that should be in there for sure. I would probably take all the Out of House out since they are going to be eating up your gold. Also, some direwolves get more powerful when all the cards are House Stark.

I'm also thinking of taking out Respect of the Old Gods and replacing it with either Battle of Oxcross or Condemned by the Realm. Which one is the better choice?

Battle of the Oxcross makes a lot more sense for your deck. You plan on winning military challenges, right? Hopefully you can win them both in defense and offense to force an extra kill. The Condemned plot is too unpredictable for me. I would only run that plot in a Melee deck. That way, you play it when an opponent has an annoying character that is pissing everyone off. You know that char will be killed. Otherwise, that plot might end up killing one of your people.
