Immunity and cancelling

By Marshal Lambert, in 2. AGoT Rules Discussion

Can a character with immunity from triggered responses have its other abilities cancelled?

E.G - Core set Renly. "Immune to opponents character abilities". Also has "Any Phase: Kneel 1 influence to stand Renly"

Can his Any Phase action be cancelled by opponents characters who have "Response cancel an effect just triggered on a charatcery" or does his immunity prevent this?

Also, and this is for bonus points, are Stealth, Deadly etc considered character abilities?

He can be canceled, but not by an opponents character ability such as the one you pointed out. An example of something that could cancel Renly would be an event card http://www.agotcards.org/card/v/3859/eng/jback.

And no, keywords are not character abilities. (FAQ section 3.7 for reference).

(3.19) Scope of Immunity
Immunity only protects a card itself. Peripheral
entities attached to or associated with a
card, such as attachments, duplicates, power
counters, gold tokens on the immune card,
and also including triggered effects originating
from the immune card,
can still be affected by
cards of the type to which that card is immune,
as long as the affecting cards do not target the
immune card

Thanks for clarifying, good job I checked back again just in case!
