The guy who took it isn't exactly subtle about it, either. He says outright that he's trying to show the visual connections between humans and fish, but...this doesn't serve an obvious purpose. Sure, he says he's "throwing his visual two cents into the ring," but I suspect he has some sort of deeper agenda. Perhaps the picture is an exhortation to return to the sea...?

I notice that the photographer's picture is not displayed. No doubt this is because his case is far more progressed...
