Leyton Hightower

Hey guys - I just sent a message to Nate to see if he can shed some light on this because it's really bugging me. It's a logical puzzle that is full. I appreciate all the explanations above but it just isn't incredibly clear how the conflicting effects resolve.

I'd compromise and say that nothing happens to The Red Viper in this particular case. I will update this thread if and when I hear back from Nate.

Ultimately, yo have to remember that the whole sequence starts when you give TRV the Maester trait. So you really have an infinite loop of 4 lasting/continuous effects. The only ones that actually conflict, though, are TRV's immunity to character abilities and Hightower's "Maesters get immunity to attachments." They are the ones that close the loop, so to speak. So those are the only 2 you drop from consideration, leaving the Maester trait and the attachment's blanking effect in play. So taking the two immunities out of the loop gives you a blank Viper, with the Maester trait.
