What is this please?

It is the university of Ambulon.

From "Rejoice For You Are True", an adventure in the Purge the Unclean book;

A magnificent series of intricate gothic structures soon emerges to the Acolytes’ left. If any of them show an interest, the boy waves at the buildings and says, “The Magnopticon, sirs, the great university of Ambulon.”

That's the only mention I've seen of the place, it isn't heavily fleshed out.
