Does the plot card "Power of Blood" stay in play until the new plot is revealed as it can only be then deemed as used or, as it states in Rule Book that a plot card is used for that round.

Basically if I had played Power of Blood last round and now, as Im picking new plot card and waiting for my turn to reveal my plot , the player to left who goes before me plays say, Valor Morghulis, does power of bloods constant effect still protect me as I have not revealed my new plot yet.

There are a lot of misconceptions that went in to your statement, so let me try to clear things up a bit...

All plots are revealed simultaneously.

You play Power of Blood, it lasts all round (so long as it is the "revealed" plot card). Then, everyone choses a new plot card, reveals them simultaneously, and at that instant all of last turns plot cards go from being the "revealed" plot card to being a "used" plot card. Used cards are no longer in effect, and the newly revealed ones are. Constant effects like power of blood are active as soon as they are revealed, and then initiative is totalled to choose the first player. The first player then chooses the order in which "When revealed" plot cards (like Valar) take effect, if any have effects that might conflict.

If your "used" plot card (the one from the previous turn) was Power of blood, it no longer has an effect. If your currently revealed plot card is power of blood, your noble characters can't be killed.

Or a maester uses Citadel Law, or someone loses a challenge while Bungled Orders is revealed... Bran is not the only way to reveal a plot outside of the normal time.

Ok, fine; "All plots revealed in the framework actions "reveal plots" are revealed simultaneously". I was trying to keep things simple, as the OP has some terminological and timing issues already!
