Did anyone translate the manual of Tannhäuser Field OPS?

I would like to get French edition and I need English or German rules.

It's on the now somewhat abandoned and spam ridden Tannbunker forum, which was a fan run forum, but it just never really caught on, but there is still a lot of good stuff there.
