After I clear the Card and copy my opponent's foundation, can I start using this card to help me pass my control check?

Absolutely. If you copied a foundation, it is no longer an asset, but a foundation. You can use it as any other foundation.

If the original foundation leave play, your linette become a blank card, without stats, type and unusable.

You can copy an asset too if you didn't knew.

Does Lynette's Shop copy the resource symbols as well? Cause if it does, and it copies a card that doesn't share symbols with your character, then technically the card would be immediately destroyed as soon as its infinity symbol went away.

care to point to the part of the rules where it says that a card with different resources in the staging area gets destroyed?

there's no such rule.

LS will become an exact copy of the card it copies - from card type to resources, down to what set the card is from.

That is correct, Gummy Bear. MOST of the methods for adding a foundation to your staging area directly add the clause "(that you could normally play)" but there have been some historically that have NOT included that phrase, it was one of the reasons Kasumi Gaki was banned (incidentally, that card also forced the "Character Only" card rule 500.4 to be added to the TR because it could be abused in conjunction with **Yoshitora**).
