A new edition like WHFR 3°!
I love that game!

To bad it won't help much if they release it as a Dark Heresy supplement.

Don't give people ideas, they might just do it.
My thoughts:
A DH "Revised edition" that includes updated combat, skills, talents and psychic power mechanics as used in more current system.
ONLY WAR: Get on with it already!
Admech sourcebook: Definitely! For all the reasons listed above.
Psyker sourcebook in case no one was listening to the "revised edition" request!
Psyker book..... my favorite part of the setting, I want new powers, talents, and some psyker only gear! Also more charts for phenomena and perils....
Also, single shot psilencer ish guns?

Adeptus Mechanicus book...is not easy to do a book only for mechanicus.
If there's any organization that deserves a whole book just for itself, it's the Mechanicum. They're an allied empire within the Imperium, and they stick their fingers in every pie. Just covering all the differences between the domains of Mars and the rest of the Imperium is worthy of a big chapter. Then, we have things like Skitarii, unique Death Cults, Lexmechanics, Electro-Priests, the specific kind of Scum who manage to thrive in the face of Forge Worlds' harsh justice...
Then, tons of new equipment (the Mechanicum are the guys with pretty much all the cool toys), new cybernetics...
No, there's no problem whatsoever with making an all AdMech book.
Fitting everything essential into it.

Personally I would like FFG to continue books with special themes. These are source books I would like to see:
Puritan's Handbook - a sourcebook describing well known Puritan philosophies and those more esoteric, Puritan worldview, factions and influence of Puritans on Calixis sector.
Alien Hunter - similar to Daemon Hunter, a book devoted to the Ordo Xenos.
Witch Hunter - book about Ordo Hereticus
Ordos Minoris - a book describing many Ordos Minoris - those known to us like Ordo Sicarius or Ordo Chronos and some knew and fresh ones, also more about unaligned Inquisitors.
Adeptus Mechanicus - Ecclesiarchy got it's sourcebook, so should the Machine Cult, personally I have a great love for Priests of Mars and can't wait to see this. ;P
Scholastica Psykana - a book for psykers, it would be really cool if it had a conversion of RT, DW and BC psyker powers system for Dark Heresy.
Assassinorum - book about assassins and other killers.
Administratum & High Society - a sourcebook for Administratum and Imperial Nobles, more about politics of Calixis Sector and it's govenorship, description of Lucid Palace and Lord Hax's plans for the future of the Sector.
Calixis Sector - like most of you, I would really like to see a sourcebook for the Sector itself.
Disciples of the Dark Gods part 2
- becouse more heretics to shoot is more fun
The Vault - a book with descriptions of various forbidden artifacts, blasphemous tomes and heretical lore.
I'm for all of these except the Puritan's Handbook (isn't the core Rulebook already the Puritan's Handbook? How different from the baseline could they make it?) and Ordos Minoris (I'm no where close to exhausting the possibilities of the existing three Ordos; introducing a bunch more would just be tormenting...).
And I'm all for a 2nd Edition of the DH Rulebook. Normally I hate it when game companies rush out new editions one after the other, but since DH was the "trial run" of WH40KRP, you expect it to have some flaws that would come out with wider play-testing, and I have no problem with them correcting those with a 2nd Ed, even this close to the initial release.

I wouldn't want to have to spend all that money again buying all those splat books.... I blew a fortune amassing these...
Edit: Buying all those splatbooks for a 2nd ed

I think more of a revision than a ccomplete 2nd ed. That way the Splat books would still be useable (At least to some extent). If FFG wrote with "backward compatibility in mind they would leap WAY ahead of wizards in terms of product quality! It also would give greater endurance to the WH 40k RPG product as well!
Personally I would be angry if FFG made 2nd edition of Dark Heresy so quickly. I just simply don't see the point. Making new edition would result in rerealesing sourcebooks about Ecclesiarchy, heretics and other things that we already have.
BUT!
I would be really happy if FFG decided to create a book that would be similiar in some way to "Warhammer Companion" for 2nd edition of WFRP or "Panopticon" for Eclipse Phase, but instead of focusing on loose articles and small rules expansions would devote major part of the book to updating Dark Heresy rules and the rest of the pages devote to interesting and important topics but definetely not deserving their own supplement (like Officio Medicae and Imperiums medical services).
I don’t think a second edition need invalidate any existing books. Really it would be a case of putting in all the existing errata, plus anything else that’s been missed since then, revamping the combat mechanics to mirror Black Crusade, and expanding the Skills/Talents/Traits/Weapon Qualities to cover all the things that have come since then. The biggest thing would be re-working the psychic system, which I’d expect they’d do, and rebalancing the powers. The core rules would remain the same, so none of the supplements would be invalidated (although some redundancies would be created, but so be it). Then a new errata comes out to accompany the book that lists all the weapons/wargear from the DH supplements and updates them with any of the new weapon qualities that have been included in the updated book.
BYE
I actually love the psyker system in this game. I love the overbleed mechanic, and the random death chance. Plus how you can have a generalist psyker is great, i dislike the RT system.
