I remember being in a few places that charge fees to teach people how to play Anima (and a few other games), hold workshops on character design, and that sort of thing. They give advice freely, but they also have specific classes. Is there some kind of licensing you have to get in order to do that?

that sounds icky, i wouldn't go paying anything to learn how to game. feel free to ask us any questions you might have. i don't like the idea of money exchange for learning how to rpg, sounds icky to me.

There is no licensing associated with it. It is just teaching what they have learned.
That makes a little more sense to me. After all, I find Anima to be a more complex system than D&D, and it's nice to have somebody lay it out for you. The Anima core book could be a bit better organized, IMHO.
