If you have The Laughing Storm in play and then use the plot card Threat from the East, the first option will allow you both to draw three cards, then only the opponent has to discard. I'm pretty sure that's right. Now, due to the nature of 'do this, then this' abilities, how would the second option go down? Would your opponent be able to discard and then draw, while you do nothing, or is it since both players could not discard (the first part of the 'do this'), then neither player can draw? So would they just discard three cards and that's all?
