So I know they've reprinted the Kings Landing sets. I'm wondering though which other older sets have been printed with the 3 copies of each card now? Also has there been any word on which will come next?

Defenders of the North is next on the block, and both Clash of Arms and Time of Ravens will be done... eventually. That's pretty much all we know.
