Hero Lab has a set up for a bunch of games, but not wfrp3. They can be emailed on the bottom of their page:

It's likely due to licensing (GW is very strict about things like this) but it's well worth the expression of interest, especially if you plan on using Realm Works - being able to have integration with Hero Lab would be a great benefit.
