Let's face it, there's something wrong with how Descent plays. There's something wrong with how the game's progression feels. I love the game. I'd never turn down a game of Descent. However, I still can't shake off the feeling that the game is too hard at the start and too easy at the end (and vice versa for the overlord). Most bosses die in one to two hits from one hero. It just feels wrong that after slogging through a big dungeon, the battle at the end is so anti-climactic.
It's even worse in RtL.
