Yes once they fixed their audio levels from earlier podcasts the amount of lore and general roleplaying advice they put into their podcast is fantastic. The fact that they leave the crunch out means that it's a fantastic resource for all editions.

Oh, have to relisten to them. Listen while playing 2nd Ed. but lost touch after transition to 3rd. Yes, much fluff! Some of the early shows recap religion and politics in the Old World, for example.

Don't forget about the Reckless Dice Podcast which is all about 3rd edition. Great cast and lots of fluff and crunch. Plus they also do game sessions as bonus episodes.
