Is it just me or is this the slowest loading site you go on?

yea same as Gimp it slows sometimes but not all the time.

The part that frustrates me is the site's habit of making a post disappear when you hit publish, instead of posting the message.

I've only had it happen a few times, but it's the only forum I use that's done it like that. The last time for that was earlier today.
