Is there an official or unofficial errata of the map and/or descriptions for the main books adventure? As it stands it makes no sense in parts.

I notice that as well, mostly I just made do as best I could. Someone has done their own maps up for the mission which i found with a Google Image Search i think for Deathwatch Extraction Map although I'm not sure if the labels were changed/fixed.
