I have a question about Raiding the Reach.

Raiding the Reach

Type: Event House: Greyjoy
House Greyjoy only.
Response: After you win an unopposed challenge, reveal the top 5 cards of the losing opponent's deck. Choose and discard 2 cards (3 cards instead if it is Winter) and put the rest back on top of the deck in any order.

Are these cards considered to be discarded from the deck or from some other revealed state? As in, will they help to trigger cards like Fishmonger's Square, Euron's Mongrel and the like?

I'm pretty sure they're considered discarded from deck. I don't think there is a distinct "revealed" state.
