I did read a lot of topics in and there about AGOT and I heard about neutral house. Is it possible to build a neutral deck ??? If yes, did not read that in the rules... or at least, if you choose a house card at random and fill a majority of neutral cards.

What you need is the Neutral House Card from the BwB cycle.

Great ! That will surely be fun to make a strange deck with a lot of different house cards.
