Question about Actions vs Manoeuvres

By Bra'Kan, in WFRP Rules Questions

So if I understand correctly, a player can do an action & a manoeuvre during his turn.

My question is: Can he do 2 manoeuvres instead?

You are right - One Manoeuvre and one action per turn.

Additional manouevres can be 'bought' at the cost of one fatigue per extra manouevre.

I'm pretty sure there is an optional rules somewhere saying you can trade an action for a maneuver, but I don't recall where. At the very least I allow my players to make the trade when I GM.

Additionally, you can always gain fatigue to make additional maneuvers.

The rule is in the GM's toolkit I believe that comes with the GM's screen

As it's been stated, you have the option of trading an action for a manoeuvre

Cool! thank you so much!

When it comes to someone running somewhere, I use the *perform a stunt* action as a baseline.

So two manoeuvers of movement to start.

With two boons it becomes three.

With three successes it adds +1 def against missle attacks.
