Just a little easy reference screen I brewed up for my players. It fits on a landscaped 8&1/2 x 11 sheet nicely and can either be laid flat or folded on the dotted lines to stand up like a mini GM screen (though you'll probably want to use a slightly more heavy duty card stock if you go with the later).

I've lifted some ideas from Emirikol over at THIS thread, including a slimmed down version of his "Advanced Combat Maneuvers".
I've also incorporated Valvorik's "Interlude House Rules"
