A character cast a spell to force another character to draw a quest.... onley problem is that that character is already in the CoC, what happens now? Is this character forced to do the quest? if he can complete the quest is he teleported then? and if the quest makes him leave the CoC, he can`t anyway right?

If he gets something like kill a dragon, gain craft or defeat a sentinel, nothing happens.

If he gets miss 2 turns, lose craft or discard a follower (and I assume he has craft cones and followers) he must do the quest and teleport to warlock cave.

So yes, path of destiny gives you a way to remove opponent from CoC. It is not 100% reliable, but if you succeed and steal the victory, the game is gonna be epic.

Yes he is forced to complete the quest if he meet the requirements. In that case the character is teleported to the warlocks cave. In other cases the quest will have no effect because you cannot voluntarily leave the CoC.
