1 can I go back and buy Sound Constitution from ranks I have passed by already? I know I can grab skills and talents, but Sound Constitution I want to make sure I can.

2. If you take the background the Moritat, u get a crossbow pistol yet you are not trained in use of Pistol Training (Primitive), should the Moritat gain that skill free?

1. Yes. You can take ALL previous Talents and Skills.

2. No. As a GM I would just offer it as a normal cost Talent. Talk to your GM about this one.

Yes to question one, seeing as it's a talent, and that you can purchase talents and skills from previous ranks.

They don't start with pistol training (primitive) so they have to buy it for 100 exp.

I gave up Pistol Training (SP) and replaced it with Pistol Training (Primitive) at character creation. As both are on the Rank 1 list for the Assassin, it seemed the natural thing to do. Worked with the background, etc.
