How much would a mercenary company charge for a mission?

I’m going to run a alternate setting DH/RT game where the PC are mercenaries stuck in one system, and they are earning their way up to actually using profit factor instead of hard cash.

So in the beginning they will be handling cash for purchases and salaries for the troops.
How much would they earn on a “normal” combat mission?

This is what I have in mind.

Minimum unit hired: 10 soldiers +1 officer

Cost: 900 /week round up for fraction of a week.
Cost for each specialist: 100 (sniper, heavy weapons, demolitions, field medic)
Cost for combat medic: 200

Expenses like fuel and expendable ammo is paid by the employer. And special gear needed during the mission is considered expendable unless provided by employer.

Probably some extra cost for hazardous environment missions. Ranging from 20-200 % depending on how hazardous the environment is.

Cost per soldier lost: 500.
Cost per specialist or officer lost: 1000.
This is to encourage the buyer to hire more troops rather than to risk loosing several due to lack of firepower.

Do this sound ok or am I totally of?
