I'm new to AGOT and I did a couple of games, yet. I was wondering if there is any card that destroy/disable locations (don't count the plot) ?

Sure - there are several. Here's a few:

1) Newly Made Lord

2) Pyromancer's Apprentice

3) The Price of War

4) Frozen Solid

5) Veteran Marauder

6) Wildling Spikes

7) Condemned by the Council

There are surely others that I'm forgetting. To find more, go to cardgamedb.com, find the card search page and put, "Location" into the text box search option and hit search. You'll get some that are not location destruction, but a bunch of them will be there.

Or you can use Rogue30's somewhat dry looking but actually pretty awesome card database:

There you have the option to specifically search for cards that get rid of locations (right column, near the top in the search area).

I believe Favorable Ground is the best one but it targets all locations not just your opponents

Nice ! Thank you to both of you. I did use http://info.wsisiz.edu.pl/~szczesnj/ to search for some specific cards but I did not see this option.

It's located in an (square-shaped) encircled box on the third column, third row:

tick off the "Get rid of location" check mark then hit search.
