No, you can't curry favor the same turn you use blessing. Mages have specific action card for this.

Tome of Blessing, page 34 "In Great Need":

Normally, a character can only perform the action listed on oneaction card on his turn. However, divine characters can attempt toboth invoke a blessing and generate favour on the same turn, if theyare willing to accept more risk. To generate favour during the sameturn his character invokes a blessing, the player adds an extra <p> challenge die to his Curry Favour check.
