Hey guys,
I'm about to start a new campaign (actually two campaigns that will be intertwined) with 7 players total. So I need some of your expertise before I can proceed. So here's the first question that came up:
1) After a character moves on to another career, does he permanently keep all the advances he purchased with his experience? I mean, beyond the career's special ability (if he completes all the advances in the career).

You mean: Does he lose access to the skills he trained while in the career? No
In fact, he keeps these even if he does not pay the dedication bonus to keep the career-ability card.
What the character can't do, is further train these skills/talents for the standard cost of 1 advance (unless they were career skills in his old career AND in his new career).
