Not sure about that. Getting a second use out of your House Messengers (and maybe even your Flea Bottom Scavengers) is not a bad thing.

I concurr. This could be a great plot for 1st turn when you are running KotHH. Since it doesn't hit until challenges, get rid (for a turn at least) of all the set-up weenies. Maybe get a second use out of your messengers. I know my deck didn't run a whole lot of 1 and 2 cost characters that wouldn't benefit from going back to my hand (maybe that's why I sucked, but different thread for a different time).

Well what kind of deck did you play and what do you look like? i played a martell brotherhood deck that poorly built and did pretty bad at both joust and melee.

Jack, last year I was playing a Lanni/No agenda kneel deck and finished second to Mr. Butzlaff. And most of the time I look roughly like that goofball on "A Pinch of Powder." At least if he bothered to put on a pair of glasses and grow a beard.

And Mathlete, I love that your card is back and wight-tastic, but I'll admit that I'm a bit irked that just when I was feeling it was safe to play characters of printed Str 2 or less again, they change your plot like that. At least it's bounce and hits both sides. Personally, I would have been ok with wording much closer to the original. :)

Actually the card says nothing about str. It seems to be "of cost 2 or less" now.

That saddens me, my Targ deck was hoping to pick up its Dragon Thieves _and_ its King Landing Assassins.

Also, Jack & Alex... did I meet you two last year? I always try to connect (board)names & faces, and I feel like I missed out. Or misremembered.
