Question about the lightning bolt spell in Talisman. It tells you that you may cast it at any time to make any character be "stunned" for the rest of the turn, and they may do NOTHING aside from cast a counter spell.
So it is a four player game. It is player A's turn. They roll a 1, so at the end of the turn they move the reaper. The reaper lands on player B, who rolls a dice and gets a 1. Player B uses fate announces he is using fate to reroll. Player C casts lightning bolt on player B and states he cannot reroll as he may do NOTHING aside from counter the spell. Is this correct? Should the player B still get to reroll? Can a person use this on themselves to stop them from rolling for the reaper?
Thanks for any help.
