There is a revision, splitting it into 2 or 3 seperate documents. (Ban/Legal Card list [which may or may not be merged with the Errata] & the the tournament rules) The revised Ban/legal cards list is currently in Paul & James's inbox, and should hopefully see print in the next few days.

The Revised Tournament rules are targeted for March.
