Ordos Xenos related book?

By Salcor, in Dark Heresy

So far to date we have a number of inquisition related books that expand the unique focuses of the different ordos. The Inquisitor Handbook is a generic document for all inquisitors. The radicals handbook for radical inqusitors. Blood of Martyrs introduced the cell directives of ordos hereticus, and provides an overall focus for the hereticus. Demon hunters of course focuses on who else but the ordo malleus. So my question now is will there be a book that focuses on ordos xenos. This ordos generally gets the short end of the stick (heck then have never actually received a codex from Games Workshop). Now to date, there have been a number of Ordo Xenos references like in the Radical handbook. Creatures Anathema, and the Rogue Trader books also provide a lot of good info that can be used in a Ordo Xenos campaign. But will there be a book like Demon Hunters or Blood of Martyrs that supports Ordo Xenos? Will Only War be that book?

I would like it, but given the focus on Ordo Xenos in the Deathwatch line of books, I think it is doubtful that we'll see an Ordo Xenos-centered supplement for Dark Heresy.

Unfortunately.

Really? I think that Daemon Hunter is a good example of how an Ordo Xenos book could work. It has lots of great stuff for DH but also has material that works well with Deathwatch via the Grey Knights. An order Xenos book could do something similar and have a lot of cross-game appeal, making it pretty desirable for both games.

I agree that it would be sweet with a book focused on the Ordo Xenos and I really hope that War will be that kind of book. Still I also remain rather pessisistic in regards to the actuality of such a book, but you never know.
