1. If the ability allowing to save character from being killed is canceled (for example new Tyrion or Tarle) there is no possibility to triggered it again since it was already once per triggered activate ?
2. If there are 2 or more Valar reveled, there is possibility to use it twice of more time ?
3. If there are two duplicates on unique character, and 1 save from the duplicate was cancelled, there is possibility to use save from another one ?
4. There are at the gates and some plots that allow to reveled cards (for example a time for raven) reveled. First player chooses to first resolving A time. Then there is put into play using at the gates Master Pycelle. Is there possibility to use his ability, or the chance is already gone ?
5. Three was some confusion about Threat from the East, so if I has Laughing Storm on the table and I reveled this plot I first may chose to both player discard 3 card ( which I cann’t do), and then neither player draw cards ?

So Grand Maester Pycelle, brought in to play by "At the Gates," can Respond to card revealed by earlier plot effects because he is in-play and can legally trigger his Response in the Response step while the "after a card is revealed" opportunity created by the other plot exists.

Thank you for your comprehensive answer.

question for no.5

the word "then" in the plot means all players must satify the 1st part to run 2nd part?

example: TLS in play, discard first, my opponent just discard 3cards(he has 5cards),but donot draw? or he just discard 3 to draw 3?

Yes, all players have to fulfill the first part (before the "then") for the second part (after the "then") to apply. So if you choose to make players discard first with Threat from the East, but one player cannot discard 3 cards (because of TLS or because he doesn't have enough cards), no one draws. If you choose to make players draw first, but one player cannot draw 3 (because they already drew in the turn or don't have enough cards left in their deck), no one discards.
