I have both the iPhone and iPad versions of ES:O. In the period when only the iPhone version was out, I installed it on my iPad as well. It worked as expected except that there was no sound. I figured this was an artifact of using the iPhone version on an iPad.
When I got the actual iPad version, though, I encountered exactly the same problem.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there a solution?
