Hello, everyone!
After playing some very enjoyable games of Talisman, me and my family/friends have some questions about some various things.
1.
Does it count as a "visit" when you draw a "once per visit" card?
Ex. The
Magic Stream -
card, which tells you to put 4 Strength counters on the card and then lets any character who lands on the card take 1 counter and add to his own strength. Now the question is, does the player who draws the card "visit" the place and automatically takes 1 counter for himself and only placed 3 counters on the card or does he place all 4 counters on the card and has to revisit the card in another turn?
2.
What happens when you lose your Talisman on the Crown of Command?
Ex. If someone uses a spell to destroy one of your Objects/Magic Objects while you're standing on the Crown of Command, what happens? Can you still be on the space, or do you have to go back? Do you only need a Talisman for the
Valley of Fire
-space?
Or if you're turned into a toad by the
Random-
spell, hence losing all your items.
3.
Is it possible to evade the werewolf and the pit fiends?
Ex. By using the
Cloak of Shadows
-spell?
4.
How do you fight against two or more enemies with special abillities?
Ex. The
Trapper
, who makes you roll two dice to see if you may evade him or have to fight him without rolling a die for your attack roll. If you can evade him, do you also evade the other enemy? And if you're caught by his trap (I guess) can't you roll a die vs the two(or more)?
Or if you fight any of the enemies using two dice for the attack roll, do you do that even if you're fighting a group?
5.
If you land on the
Portal of Power
or "
Sentinel"
-space, can you still open the portal / fight the Sentinel and take one more step to the other region?
Ex. If just rolling a die for movement, but also if you're using some kind of teleportation. Say you use the Teleport-spell and you chose the Sentinel-space, can you fight the Sentinel and take one step to the Middle Region or do you have to wait for your next turn? (Do you need
sufficient
"steps"?)
Thanks in advance!
