I've been reading Black Crusade lately and checked out the armory.
One thing that I don't undestand is the "standard power suply" that give 24h power to the suit.
On Dark Heresy you have a 5 hour limit but I saw no kind of limits for the DeathWatch rules, any idea?
Most power armour in Black Crusade is looted from the dead or patched together from multiple suits, and as such they just aren't as complete as the well-cared suits in Deathwatch. One of the sub-systems you can choose is a Sustainable Power Source, meaning the armour doesn't need recharging ever. I would presume that, as power supply isn't mentioned in Deathwatch, all 'modern' space marines have the sustainable power source by default.

The issue is that the older sets of Power Armour/ Legionnaire power armour predates "modern" tech advancements and heretics may not be able to maintain their suits properly given the situations they are in as compared to loyalist Space Marines.
