I can only seam to play Azathoth? I thought maybe you had to unlock them, but after about 4 or 5 tries I beat him.. but still no way I can see to select the Old One ... did FFG "really" release this game with only one old one..

That is the only Great Old One available. No doubt when they get around to it there will be more to be purchased.

That is MASSIVELY disappointing... but i guess for 3 bucks or w/e I can not complain to much... but I think this is a pretty poor decision by FFG, they should have at least added 3 or 4. This will massively hurt sales as people will feel the game has nothing to give them. I know myself that as soon as I finished it if there was a new monster i would most lily have played again instantly... all this dose is make people stop playing quicker.. and for what? 2 cards? Seams a very bad decision.

I think it is the case that each GOO changes how the game works. So they have to do a lot of coding for each different GOO and test that etc. That all adds up to a lot of time and money. This is all assumption of course. But I guess after the game is out and they can see how many customers there are they can see if it is worth the extra effort to add the other GOO's and what to charge for them.

I'm a programmer and make games for a living and I can attest that the changes the old one make are extremely minor, programming wise. It even looks like the all the data is there, when you install it if you watch the very start of the download, you can see it even downloads the cards and map icons images for all the Great Old Ones. If your device is rooted you can even go into the file system and see these files are right there.. it wouldn't surprise me if these are already a completely working function. Personally I would have [paid a higher price for the "full" game, I also dev for these platforms and keeping the initial price low or better yet free is extremely important to getting random people to buy the app.

Still I own it now.. how long do I need to wait for the dlc to unlock these features that are, imo, crucial to the enjoyment of this product.

When downloading aditional content i see the rest of Old Ones files are downloaded. Maybe they are just testing with one and soon we will se the rest

If that's the case, I guess it totally makes sense to get the game out the door with Azathoth, since there's no need to program a final battle mechanic.

I'd love to see more though. Totally looking forward to it
