More like clarifications than questions. Here goes:

Meera Reed - I assume her ability can also target Agendas?

Joust Keyword - Can characters join in a "Joust" Challenge (via card effects) to make it more than 1 on each side?

The Knight - Can he use his response if already standing?

Dorea Sand/A Nest of Vipers - Is it just me or does these cards now make Sand Snakes decks awesome with No Time for Grief?!

Into the Lists - Who has to kneel their characters first?

Meera: Card effects (unless otherwise specified) can only target cards in play. Agendas are not considered to be in play.

Joust: Yes. Joust only affects the framework action of declaring defenders. If you bring in another attacker through a card effect before defenders are declared though, the restriction of the Joust keyword of "attacking alone" is not given, so you should wait with such effects until after defenders are declared.

The Knight: Yes, you can trigger his response. But a "then" effect only initiates if what preceded it has successfully resolved, which would not be the case if The Knight was already standing. So the "then" effect would not take place.

Dorea/Nest: We'll see.

Into the Lists: Whoever revealed the plot chooses first.

for the 'into the lists' question, is there a situation where it would matter?

I would always want to be last to choose whether to kneel or not. If opponents have committed their high STR charatcters first I now know whether or not i can win the two power and, if not, I need not bother and keep my guys standing. Or if I have a higher STR character I now have the choice of winning the two power, or not kneeling and instead attacking an opponent who has knelt a high STR character (one less defender probably).

As first person to kneel you do not yet know what your opponent intends to do (go for the power or stay standing) and so are at a disadvantage compared to the player choosing last.

I love these plots where there is a reward/risk element for each player. At least now I know the risk is lessened for the one who plays it, regardless of initiative.

I do not like Into the Lists that much after first experimenting with it. I think it is a better plot to use in Joust or in Melee if it will give you the win. However the chance that you not only will be helping an opponent, but will end up kneeling a good military character is just a little too great.

Depends on your deck and how you want to use it. You are correct in a rush or aggro deck, using it to snag the power you need to win is the best use, but in a control deck it removes one character from the number you have to spend your control effects on, and if I can make more unopposed challenges because that single character of theirs was knelt, it might be worth two power.

can meera reed blank a house card ?! because i didnt find anywhere anything against that .

it was winter and my opponent had 1 card on the table . i didnt want to blank something mine
