I've wanted to make a decent Galford reversal deck for a while now and with all the new reversal stuffs plus block 2 rotating out soon it seems viable now.

Even though it's a reversal deck you don't have to wait for your opponent to attack you. Bring the fight to them on your turn using Maching Gun Dog, if it hits cool if not use Irrevocably Changed to get it back and go again next turn. IC also works well if you don't have a Hybrid Style out to get your reversals back that you played on your opponent's turn.

Stardust Drop is the main reversal here since it's a throw it'll be doing damage which triggers Galford's E then Hybrid Style, bringing it back to your hand plus your block, then Shooting Capoera to ready your HS. Your opponent will be out an attack and 5 life while you're out nothing. Lumber Axe *can* be used as a reversal but on mid zone with only 4 speed it probably won't be hitting but if your opponent chooses to block at least it'll be clogging up their card pool. LA is mainly defense against high damage throws it is a high block but I can't think of any low zone throws in block 3 off the top of my head.

Heart of a Fighter and Soul are there to make checking for SD easier with Rapid Ares Style making your blocks easier to pass. Voice of the Land is a great card for reversals and with HS it acts as a form of card draw. VotL can be a liablity against selective discard since if you lose the block you fished you lose your hand. Empire's Ruin is in there to get MGD through and to stop any crazy unblockable attacks your opponent might toss your way (Neo Deadly Rave + ::Terry:: = black eye).

You could probably take out heart of a fighter, which would slim your deck to the 60 cut, and still be fine. Chances are, you'll have enough rapid ares style to cover you.

Dude Stained Honor was made for Galford!

Heart of a Fighter is in there for when my opponent throws repeated attacks in the same turn, checking 7s over and over can be difficult but 5s not so much.

Stained Honor isn't in here because in a reversal deck it's only really used on your opponent's turn and it has a terrible block, while I mainly use Soul for MGD since I don't sit around waiting to be attacked and of course it can also be used on the reversals.
