the FAQ states this:

Healing Limitation: Clarification
The First Aid rules described on page 88 are an exception to the Healing Limitations described on page 89.

i don't have the players guide, i do own the core rules. anyone care to clarify what this is all about?

As I recall, that means you can receive First Aid as well as the normal overnight healing/extended care each day
