Just curious...and I'm sure some one has a great answer...

Gonna have some downtime between sessions, and a friend and I were wondering if there were any 1 PC [and 1 GM controlled NPC] encounters out there. Obviously, it wouldn't be too complicated, and something fun to fiddle around with. Any ideas?
