Rare and highly coveted, Grimoires each hold a collection of four unique spells. The chaotic nature of magic is such that each gang can only control one Grimoire , but the gang member wielding it is promoted to the rank of mage , and takes on amazing extra powers.

Simply cast a spell by spending an Action Point and rolling a die, comparing your result to the difficulty threshold of the attempted spell. But beware! If you’re unable to control the magical energies you attempt to unleash, you’ll be cursed... costing you precious ducats at the end of the game!
