I have some questions regarding ratings and stuff on keyword cards

For instance *Sakura* first E: Destroy 1 foundation any attack gets powerful 1. Now to my question, If I have stun already on my attack do I also get the powerful bonus or is it impossible to add another keyword.2ndly I wonder If the attack have the powerful keyword and I use Sakura, Do I increase the powerful rating then?

Also a question to sakuras 2nd ability:R:commit After an attack is added to your discard pile add it to your hand.

Can I use her first ability to let's say destroy a Clones and then use the R to add it to my hand? (since clones have an attack side)

1) sakura grants an ability to the attack, whether it already has it or not doesn't matter. it gains a second powerful ability - it doesn't increase the rating. (to do that, use karin's support)
