Infamy point rewards

By solkanus, in Black Crusade

Having played games for 20 years i've finally decided/been forced into running a game which i've decided will be BC gran_risa.gif With the help of my gaming group i finally think i have a grasp on it,although i have a few bits i'm unsure on.

I've decided to run the Broken Chains adventure as it seems a nice easy introduction for me and the group. However i am struggling to find anything about infamy rewards, other than the ones printed at the end of the adventure. Is there a rough guide to how many i should be awarding per adventure or even per encounter or is it just a common sense thing?

As it's a BC only thing i assume asking the members of my group with DH & DW will be abit pointless sad.gif

Any help will ge greatly appreciated.

Page 304 details the basic rules for infamy.
Page 289 lists a few more ways to gain infamy through specific acts.
Page 274 also lists the rewards for completing compacts.

In short, characters do not get infamy per session, but rather due to successful acts and service to Chaos. Specifically Compacts, which are all about doing **** for the fame.

Ok thanks happy.gif

Obviously i'm not quite as ready as i thought sad.gif

Fun story ranks a lot higher than perfect awareness of the rules. Give the book a thorough read, notice all the contradictions and figure out which interpretation you want and you'll do fine! gui%C3%B1o.gif
