I got a question about the use of "Masque of Slaanesh" & "Kairos Fateweaver".

Can a player name the "development-units" to be the ones corrupted? Or are they units with no name, and therefore cannot be named?

Dev/units have no name, and no cost. Chain Lightning doesn't affect them either.
