Can you have and use unique characters & attachments with the same Name in one deck? e.g. Grey Wind or Shaggydog?

All the limitations go by title, so you cannot have three copies each of both the character and the attachment, only three total. And because they are unique, you can only have one version in play. You can play the others as duplicates on whichever version you have in play. If you character version is in the dead pile, you cannot play the attachment.

You can have them in your deck but i think you cannot have them in play simultaneously.
