Hi I have a quick question.

If I have a weapon +20 it normally reduce the armor by 4. Those this reduce the 20 of absortion that all char have as a base?

all it does is reduce AT, not natural defense. so it's only effective against armored characters or naturally armored creatures and such.

Can AT be lower than AT0?

AT cannot be lower than 0.

night is talking about the gap of 30 points before hitting a non or low armored target.

I was confused on that wording as well. Technically it does not, at least not from the -4 AT. It does, however, give a +20 to Attack and Block with the weapon, which effectively reduces that by the difference between your weapon and theirs (as that if they wield a +15 weapon it only really grants +5, but if they have a +5 weapon it grants a +15).
