Yup, its a custom by Doc and Little Wars with a credit to Mike Mignola since he created and owns the character. The version on the old Black Sheep site is for the original game. There is an updated version of Hellboy and several other BPRD characters on Doc's site:

I have my own versions as well, though I've never posted them. Not sure if there's any interest in more than one version and I'd probably end up with a lot of the same art.
