My FLAGS got the King's Landing chapter pack reprints (3x20 format) and Lords of Winter bix box reprint today, I got into the game a few months ago, purchased a bundle from a friend with 2 Core sets, one of each bix bog expension in the new format (so no Lords of Winter), and the last series of Expension packs (puchased through here to Serve). I was wondering if there was good stuff in the King's landing packs and if it's worth the purchase ?

This. You won't want shadows stuff for every deck, but the mechanic can be really strong and pretty much every house has some very strong cards in the cycle shadow or not. Bara has some great shadows cards and a couple really strong characters (King version Robert and KoF). Lanni has probably some of the best shadows cards and a great version of Joffrey and Cersei, and Jaime I think. Martell - Venomous Blade, Lost Oasis are some of their top cards, and a couple others can be good in the right deck/situation. Stark has a great version of Eddard, a nice Sansa if you don't play shadows, a great Catelyn if you play shadows and winter, and one of the best fodder cards in the game the Hungry Mob a 0 cost 3 str mil character. Targ has multiple cards with burn/kill effects that are shadows based and a couple of really good but very build dependent cards. I don't really play Greyjoy so I don't really remember what they have but I think they have a number of useful cards in the cycle.
