Missing piece - leader counter

Hi!

I have a little problem. I've just bought TI3 and I have 1 piece missing.

For the Barony of Letnev race I got only two leader counters:

General Farran

and

Diplomat Ciel

Could anyone tell me the name and the ability of the third, missing one?

I hope there is none other piece missing

Meanwhile, why dont you contact support and get the piece you are missing?

Seems strange to have only one of the cardboard pieces missing. That would mean a misprint on one single cardboard sheet. It would be more likely that an entire sheet would have been missing.

Are you sure you just didn't miss punching him out? Or that you're not missing a whole sheet of cardboard? If I recall correctly, there should be a marking in the corner of every sheet saying that it is sheet X/Y where Y is the total amount of sheets.

Contacting support over just one not very essential piece seemed a bit overkill to me. But thanks for the idea.

I have all the sheets, but some of them were already pinched. Probably due to the transportation conditions. Anyway I bought a last copy from the shop and it wasnt sealed with plastic wrap.

I guess I will need to count the pieces again...

It does seem to happen in transit, my planets were all knocked out from the cardboard when I received mine. But I counted it all at the time and everything was there thankfully. But as peeps have said, still worth contacting them if you can't find it anywhere, have you 2ble checked the box and packaging to make sure it's not hidden somewhere?

Just out of interest, did you contact support? If so how did you get on. I seem to have had a slight mishap with some of my cards, emailed support but no reply as yet to see if it's possible to obtain replacements and the cost of same.

Customer support was very helpful with replacing one of my green carriers that received "battle damage" when my brother dropped it on the ground in front of my wife's bassett hound. They'd probably be quite helpful in getting a replacement counter.

They never got back to me, and I did point out I wanted to purchase a replacement deck for the cards I had the accident with. :(
