I recently purchased The War of Five Kings and Ancient Enemies Chapter Packs from an online source. When I opened the packs I realized they were of the CCG black boarder variety. Of course the box indicates CCG but who reads boxes? Anyway, I am curious if there were any errata or MRP involved with the cards from those 2 Chapter packs? Also, were any other packs printed in CCG and LCG format and were there changes to any of those?

They are a part of the LCG. Your purchases are well placed I don't know why they decided to do those sets in black, and all others white. Nonetheless, they are all legal in the current scene. (That is, apart from the erratas listed in the FAQ.)

Check out the FAQ to find out if there are any errata for those sets. They will be listed on the first couple pages. I don't remember offhand, but I'm pretty sure those cards are all fair game.

The A Clash of Arms chapter pack cycle was designed and printed during the time the game transitioned from CCG to LCG, so they still feature the CCG design of black borders, and they were legal in both formats, I believe.
